Threatened and Endangered Species Biological Assessment

Client:Threatened and Endangered Species Biological Assessment
Date:Dec 09, 2015

Development or undertakings may require land clearing or other activities that result in effects to vegetation and wildlife that might be subject to the Migratory Bird Act or the Endangered Species Act. Appropriate identification of the potential effects of an undertaking on these species is often critically related to construction timelines, methods, and obtaining environmental approvals.

We have successful, long-standing relationships with various U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Ecological Services Offices and National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) staff throughout the U.S. and are familiar not only the survey protocols or management requirements, but also with the agencies’ expectations and standards associated with surveys, identification of potential impacts, development of mitigation measures, and management activities.
